With this method, we do not guarantee a return of your photo due to any possible loss, damage, or other problems that may arise. If your photo is highly valuable, please try to mail in a duplicate copy instead of an original for these reasons. Generally, you will receive it along with the finished product, but we are not liable in the event that it is not sent back to you. Canvas to Art also recommends that our customers sandwich the photo between two pieces of cardboard and mail it in a padded envelope so it arrives safely.

Each image submitter is required by US law to own the right to, or to obtain permission to, use any image before the image is uploaded or printed at Canvas to Art. At our discretion and in appropriate circumstances, we may terminate the accounts of users or prevent access to the Service by users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

As copyright owner of your image(s) you retain full copyright of your image(s) and are only granting Canvas to Art rights to print, reprint, reproduce your image at your discretion. Canvas to Art will not resell or reprint your images without permission from the copyright owner.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that infringes your copyrights, please contact us and provide all relevant details.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Canvas to Art and its partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to any infringement of copyrights which may result in conjunction with usage of this site.
