I ordered a 20x24 wedding portrait and the image on my canvas was cropped and it was zoomed in on my husband and I. I called to advise that this is not the way I submitted my image on line. Debbie was extremely pleasant and professional on the phone and prompt with the email explaining instructions on how to obtain a replacement.
